Randal is a master's level-trained civil engineer with over 35 years of experience in the field of wastewater treatment plant design and analysis. He is the author of over 40 papers for peer-reviewed publications, books, conference presentations, and workshops in this field. He is the author of CFD programs for analysis of sedimentation tanks and tidally driven harbors, incorporating SIMPLE, k-epsilon, finite volume, and finite difference codes.
