I am currently a Post-Doctoral Fellow at IIT Bombay, specializing in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Thermal Sciences. My academic journey began with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, where I mastered core mechanical engineering courses. I further pursued an M.Tech in Materials Engineering, focusing on the microstructure and texture evolution of dual-phase steel. My research revealed significant insights into the mechanical behavior of steel under varying conditions. During my Ph.D., I delved into the breeder blanket concept of the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER) program. I developed robust numerical models to analyze fluid flow and heat transfer in packed beds and porous media using OpenFOAM. My work included validation against experimental data and extensive parametric studies, contributing valuable knowledge to the field of fusion reactor technology. I am passionate about teaching and envision creating an innovative learning environment that integrates theoretical knowledge with practical applications. My teaching approach emphasizes a deep understanding of subjects like Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, and Heat Transfer, fostering critical thinking and hands-on experience. In addition to my research and teaching, I am committed to continuous professional development and active participation in academic and industry conferences. My goal is to bridge the gap between academia and industry, driving innovations that benefit society and the engineering community.
