If fvcfd.H is included, interpolate is available.

- fi is face;
- P is owner;
- N is neighbour;
- vfi is to be interpolated (geometricfield.internalfield)
- lambda is meshweights (surfacescalarfield.internalfield)
- sfi is interpolated value
