The convergence criteria for the solution to the chemical reaction system. Since the chemistry is sub-cycled the chemistry sub-cycling step will be smaller the smaller the eps-value is to ensure that the error is smaller than eps. Too small value often yield long computational time. The error is scaled with the scale parameter. A larger scale-value means that its easier to fullfil the error criteria.
